In simple words: we agree on the work and the price before we start, you pay once for what we build, and we stand behind our work.

Working With Us

When you ask KR CustomSoft to build software for you, we first understand what you need and agree on a plan and a price with you. Work only begins once you've approved this.

Pricing & Payment

Our software is a one-time payment. There are no monthly or yearly subscription fees, and no credits to buy.
The price is agreed before work begins — no surprise charges.
If you want new features later, we'll quote the price first. Work on the update only starts after you agree to it.
Payment terms (advance and balance) will be shared with you in writing before the project starts.

What We Deliver

We build the software as agreed in the plan. If something in your requirement changes significantly after work has started, we'll discuss it with you and may need to adjust the price or timeline — always with your agreement first.

Your Responsibilities

Give us accurate information about how your business works, so the software fits correctly.
Review and give feedback at each stage so we can build it right the first time.
Use the software for lawful purposes only.

Ownership

Once the software is delivered and paid for, it is yours to use for your business. The underlying code and design methods remain the intellectual property of KR CustomSoft unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Support & Updates

We fix genuine errors or bugs in software we've built at no extra charge for a reasonable period after delivery. New features, changes in requirement, or added functionality are treated as new work and quoted separately.

Limitation of Liability

We build software carefully and test it before delivery, but we cannot guarantee it will be completely free of every possible issue. We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the software, incorrect data entry, or changes made to the software by someone other than us.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
